  • Subscription Credits: Issued monthly based on your plan. Unused credits roll over up to 2x your monthly allowance.
  • Wallet Credits: Purchased separately and do not expire.
  • Payments: All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You may not use the Service to scrape or collect data from third-party websites in violation of their terms.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Adélie SEO and its licensors.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Adélie SEO, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
